Association of Television On Demand

We're a member of The Association for Television On Demand. ATVOD is the independent regulator committed to protecting consumers of television on demand services.

ATVOD sets standards for our industry and enforces them when necessary. If things do go wrong and we have not dealt with your complaints satisfactorily, then ATVOD can provide a binding appeals process.

Led by an independent Chairman, ATVOD ensures that its members adhere to its Code of Practice and that they have put in place, and maintain, effective ways of protecting children and other consumers from inappropriate material.
